Chill Space Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the Livo app as a free personal finance tool. This service is provided by Chill Space Labs and is intended for use as is.

Livo does not collect or transfer any personal data to our servers. All data is stored locally on your device and remains under your control.

However, the app may request access to the following:

• SMS Permissions:
  We request SMS read access to automatically detect and categorize your financial transactions from bank and card messages. This data is not shared, stored externally, or used for any other purpose.
• Device Storage (Optional):
  Used to allow users to export or share reports from within the app. No data is uploaded or synced to cloud servers.

2. Third-Party SDKs

Livo may use third-party tools and SDKs for basic functionality and app performance tracking, such as:

• Crash reporting
• Usage analytics (e.g., session duration, device type)

These tools may collect non-personal, aggregated data (e.g., crash logs or device info). We do not use third-party SDKs to collect financial or personally identifiable data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or financial information. All transaction data derived from your SMS messages stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. Login and Accounts

As of now, Livo does not require any login or account creation. If authentication is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Livo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Security

Your data is stored securely on your device. Since it is not transmitted to our servers, the risk of external breach is minimized. We encourage you to use device-level protections such as PINs or biometric security.
